2017 Cabernet Sauvignon,
Pedregal Vineyard

$200 / bottle
$410 / magnum

Pedregal means rocky place in Spanish, and the vineyard was forged in the sheer rock outcropping of the eastern Oakville hillside. The finished wine shows why the effort was entirely worth it.

This is our fourteenth vintage from this three-acre hillside vineyard on the lower slope of eastern Oakville. Pedregal is just east of the Silverado Trail and north of Oakville Crossroad, across from Rudd and below Dalle Valle, other vineyards in the vicinity include Screaming Eagle, Tench, Tierra Roja, and Peter Michael’s Au Paradis.
