Our thirteenth vintage of this appellation Cabernet is blended from a combination of hillside and valley floor vineyards. Our style combines the harmony produced by traditional Bordelaise winemaking techniques with the voluptuousness gained from California’s weather.

Harvest Date: September 6 – October 6

Brix: 25.0˚ average

Varietal Composition: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot, and 3% Cab Franc

Aging sur lies with bi-monthly bâtonnage coats the tannins and integrates the wood. The 2017 vintage matured 30 months in 60% new French oak barrels (Taransaud & Demptos).
