Blended 80% from the Charles Heintz Vineyard near Occidental. These 20-year-old vines are planted in pure Goldridge loam, and due to the cool location ripen three weeks later than our Carneros vineyards. There is also 5% from the small Green Pastures Vineyard–35-year-old Wente in a pocket canyon up Felta Creek Road–and 11% from Sonoma Stage Vineyard between Petaluma and Carneros, clones 95 and 548.
