Ramey's 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon jumps from the glass with layers of flavor and pure intensity. Expressive floral and spice notes add lift, but there is no shortage of vintage 2012 raciness and intensity here. Firm yet well-integrated tannins support layers of creamy, highly expressive fruit. This is shaping up to be a very pretty wine from David Ramey.
