Light, green-tinged yellow.  Ripe pear and melon scents are sharpened by lemon zest and smoky minerals.  Fleshy but dry on the palate, offering intense poached pear and lemon curd flavors that spread out nicely on the back half.  Finishes with strong thrust and cling, leaving a citrussy note behind.
