Hazy yellow color.  Deeper in pitch than the Sonoma Coast bottling, displaying scents of poached pear, lemon curd and anise, with a nectarine quality building in the glass.  Supple and broad on the palate, offering concentrated pit and orchard fruit flavors and a jolt of smoky minerals.  Finishes with strong punch and length, leaving ripe pear and orange notes behind.
