2012 Pinot Noir, Platt Vineyard, Sonoma Coast
Robert M. Parker Jr.'s The Wine Advocate
The 2012 Pinot Noir Platt Vineyard is a blend of Dijon clone 828 and the Pommard clone. A concentrated style of Pinot, it possesses dark berry fruit, forest floor and underbrush characteristics, impressive texture, and a medium-bodied, slightly tannic finish. It should evolve nicely for 7-8 years.
