This light yellow colored Chardonnay from the Richie Vineyard is terrific! It opens with a fragrant lemon and pineapple bouquet with notes of oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, shows nice bright acidity and is mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tasty pear, lemon and pineapple blend with notes of toasty oak and a hint of coconut in the end. The finish is dry and its acidity and flavors drifted away nicely. Theresa and I both thought this was Excellent! We thought it would pair perfectly with lobster bisque. Enjoy - Ken
