“Cooking with Class” in LaQunita, CA

On March 27th, Chef Paul lead 15 guys through a wine & food course featuring our wines at Cooking with Class in LaQuinta, CA.

While instructing a wine & food pairing course at Cooking with Class, Chef Paul paired our 2011 Russian River Chardonnay with pan seared diver scallops and English pea risotto, our 2012 Claret with roasted whole free range hens and caramelized garlic mashed potatoes and a whiskey mushroom sauce and our 2011 Sonoma Coast Syrah with pan seared rib-eye, sautéed sriracha cabbage and crushed potatoes.
